Judicial Review (1600 Series)
Overview
A zoning board or plan commission’s final decision may be appealed by a procedure called judicial review. The Indiana Code establishes the process for judicial review in its provisions referred to as the “1600 Series.” Easter & Cavosie’s real estate attorneys have experience representing both petitioners and respondents in 1600 Series judicial review actions. We deftly shepherd our clients through the intricacies of the process to assert and protect their underlying real estate rights and interests.
