We coordinate with the Indiana Secretary of State to draft and file the entity’s initial articles and obtain the certificate of organization. We assist clients with creating such documents as operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture documents, and templates for future resolutions and proposals.
