Adam Zacher is an accomplished business litigation attorney. He is adept at understanding the balance between legal risks, business interests, and growth, and excels at problem-solving to provide clients with the best possible long-term solutions.
Specifically, Adam has extensive experience in resolving supply chain disputes, general breach of contract matters, franchise fraud litigation, asbestos claims, real estate litigation, and construction cases.
Adam joined Easter & Cavosie in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked as a litigator at some of the most prestigious firms in the Midwest, including Ice Miller, Taft Stettinius & Hollister, and Gutwein Law.
Experience
- From 2016 through 2021, Adam defended one of the world’s largest medicine companies against asbestos claims.
- From 2016 through 2018, Adam represented a private equity firm in a business divorce regarding ownership of a construction company. After receiving summary judgment on all claims, the parties reached a favorable resolution.
- In 2018 and 2019, Adam represented an Indiana automotive parts manufacturer in a multistate supply chain dispute. The matter resulted in positive resolution before trial.
- In 2019, 2020, and 2021, Adam represented a manufacturing company in several successful collection’s matters.
- In 2021 and 2022, Adam successfully litigated a complex supply chain shipping dispute, recovering significant funds for his client that had been overcharged by a shipping carrier during a three-year relationship.
- In 2023, Adam represented an Indiana manufacturer against a customer who failed to pay for a large delivery of products to South America. The matter resulted in a favorable settlement.
- In 2024, Adam took a farmland dispute to trial and received a verdict in his client’s favor on all claims.
- Adam currently represents franchisees in disputes against franchisors.
