His legal career has been devoted almost entirely to commercial real estate matters and general corporate and business transactions, including franchising. He has represented owners, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, from complex transactions involving multiple properties throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, to simple leasing transactions for tenants with a single location.
